Sales Development Rep

You’re a driven Sales Development Rep. You get excited to close the sale, and will do whatever it takes to help the right customers get the right solutions.

We’re a well-capitalized, independently driven, and diverse team pioneering virtual reality training and development. Established in 2015, we have trained thousands of individuals and companies how to build and use virtual reality technology.

You’ll be responsible for driving the revenue of our successful online 10-week course and building new relationships for the business. The person in this role will manage sales qualified leads and work with marketing and business development to grow, nurture, and close prospective candidates.

Responsibilities

Working with the VP of Business Development, you will:

  • Own an inbound sales pipeline and sales targets
  • Build and grow relationships with prospective and current students
  • Deliver info sessions and lead workshops about the business and the course
  • Build and refine sales collateral
  • Support business development generate new partnerships and lead generation

 
Requirements

  • Past experience managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets
  • Experience with a CRM in a sales function
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to easily build rapport and empathy while closing a sale
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • A passion for technology and the internet

Digital Marketing Lead

You’re an ambitious Digital Marketer.

We’re a well-capitalized, independently driven, diverse team pioneering virtual reality training at scale.

You must have experience launching and managing digital marketing campaigns, and should be able to do so while building new relationships, channel partners, and conference opportunities.

You’ll be working directly with sales, engineering, design, product, and the VP of Business Development throughout the entire buyer’s journey to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

We’ll rely on you to bring your analytic and data driven expertise to the table when it comes to optimizing digital marketing campaigns, enabling sales, and delivering a consistent marketing experience across touchpoints, especially the Circuitstream.com website.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and promote new products and services
  • Focus on campaign objectives by target audience and segment
  • Develop and run online demand generation campaigns
  • Optimize marketing investments across campaigns (paid search, remarketing, display advertising)
  • Optimize circuitstream.com, run tests, increase traffic and engagement
  • Track, report and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) using industry standard tools
  • Own channel partnership strategy and execution
  • Organize events like webinars and workshops across North America
  • Partner with product, design, engineering, and sales to help create a wide range of marketing assets like videos, webinars and whitepapers

Requirements

  • Comfort with numbers and data
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of the internet
  • Intimate familiarity with digital advertising: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, paid social media advertising, customer segmentation targeting and tracking, community management, and email marketing
  • 2-3 years of direct digital marketing experience managing online advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of developing simple, consumer-oriented messaging and positioning
  • Ability to identify with partners and executing mutually beneficial strategies

Business Development Rep

You’re a Business Development Representative working in Calgary, AB.

We’re a independently driven, diverse team who love technology and are doing our best work building a new virtual reality enterprise training product.

You’ll be helping build a new sales process and generate leads in the pipeline for the organization. We’ll rely on you to bring your outbound and inbound sales experience to the table, especially when it comes to selling to enterprise and the fortune 1000.

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record of hitting sales quota, helping build a sales organization, and putting sales technology systems to work. Hopefully you’re a great at consultative sales skills, including the ability to build a joint value proposition and proposal with your client.

Responsibilities

  • Help generate new leads through inside and outside sales methods
  • Work with our team to measure and move leads down the funnel
  • Speak with our customers directly multiple times a month
  • Communicate customer feedback with the product and engineering teams
  • Close software sales over the phone or directly in-person

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Consistent over achievement of lead generation and sales quota
  • Intimate familiarity with filling a pipeline with new qualified sales opportunities
  • Intimate familiarity with inside and outside (direct) sales
  • No fear of going after the enterprise and fortune 1000
  • Proven consultative sales skills, including the ability to build a joint value proposition and proposal with your client

Backend Web Developer

You’re an extremely talented Backend Web Developer in Canada or the US.

We’re a well-capitalized, independently driven, diverse team pioneering virtual reality training at scale.

You must have experience designing and building large (yet maintainable) systems, and should be able to do so while working on a bi-monthly iteration/shipping cycle.

We’ll rely on you to design, develop and implement reliable client-server systems for data in the cloud. Your code will leverage AWS to contribute to the services that connect users and power real-time dashboards.

  • Design our database and client-server architecture
  • Start a brand new code base so it’s clean, fully automated and bug-free

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience using web servers and shipping cloud applications (AWS or similar)
