Circuit Stream, a leading education provider in future skills, recently concluded its first-ever community-wide game jam for fall 2023. At Circuit Stream, students not only gain valuable education but also access an engaging community platform. The highlight for many was the opportunity to participate in the game jam—an exclusive event for students to showcase their skills and creativity.

The Learning Community

Circuit Stream's learning community operates on Discord, providing a public space for technology enthusiasts to discuss education, showcase projects, and receive support from experienced instructors. Students enrolled in Circuit Stream's programs, especially those with the Plus Package, enjoy additional mentorship, workshops, and exclusive support for events like the game jam.

The Game Jam Experience

From November 20th to November 26th, 2023, 33 students and alums came together for the Circuit Stream Game Jam. The challenge? Create games within a week based on the theme "Inconvenient Superpowers." Despite the tight timeframe and diverse skill levels, participants showcased impressive creativity.

3rd Place: Lost in Invisibility

Anabella's game explores the inconvenient superpower of seeing hidden dangers, making the player invincible but unaware of their location in the game world.

This unique game tasks players with dispatching superheroes with "Super Obviously Useful Powers." With four unique endings, the game offers an engaging experience.

Game Jam Winner: An Inconvenient Death
