Withdrawals
Learners have the option to withdraw from the course at any time. The eligibility for a refund varies depending on both the withdrawal date and the learner’s payment plan.
To complete a course withdrawal request, submit this form. Please allow one to two business days for the withdrawal request to be reviewed and processed.
Immediate dismissal, without prior warning or probationary period, will be enforced for any of the following infractions, among others:

Refunds
A learner may be entitled to a refund of tuition fees in the event that:
The learner provides written notice to the institution that they are withdrawing from the course; or
The institution provides written notice to the learner advising that the learner has been dismissed from the course.
The written notice of withdrawal or dismissal may be delivered in any manner that a receipt or other verification is available that indicates the date on which the notice is delivered. The withdrawal request notice is deemed to be effective from the date it is submitted.
A learner is not eligible for a refund if they have previously deferred a course.
On-demand courses (C# Scripting Fundamentals and UX Design Fundamentals) are not eligible for a refund.
If written notice of withdrawal is received up to seven days (Registration Deadline) prior to the course start date which the learner is enrolled in, the learner may be eligible for a full refund (less any non-refundable administrative fees) or full fee deferral to a later cohort.
If written notice of withdrawal is received after the Registration Deadline but during the third week of the course, the learner may be eligible for a 50% refund (less any non-refundable administrative fees).
If written notice of withdrawal is received after the completion of the third week of the course, no refund is due.
Refer to the chart below showing the refunds during the course.
Important: Are you on a Payment Plan?
If you are on a Payment Plan, your refund eligibility will vary based on the the written notice of withdrawal date, payment plan, and the remaining balance on the account.
The refund entitled to a learner is determined based on the total regular tuition fees. In cases where the learner is on a payment plan and the full tuition fees have not yet been collected, the learner will be required to cover any outstanding balances.
