About the event

Learning how to start developing augmented reality applications should be by building simple yet fun projects.

In this free AR workshop, our Instructor Nakisa Donnelly will teach you how to make an AR Robot using Unity game development software. The robot you'll build will use plane tracking and move around the room using sensors.
As a cherry on top, we’ll demonstrate how to control your robot by using a smartphone and joystick controls.

This workshop is free and doesn't assume any pre-existing knowledge. You won't need an AR/VR device other than your smartphone.
By the end of the workshop you will know how to build your own simple AR projects in Unity.

Key highlights
