What You'll Learn

  • Learn the fundamentals of Python, including syntax, commands, and how to write your first program.

  • Master how to write functions that can be reused in different parts of your code, making your programming more efficient.

  • Explore the power of if-else statements to control the flow of your programs based on different conditions.

  • Understand how to use loops like for and while to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

  • Learn how to combine loops and conditions for more complex decision-making processes.

  • Explore Python’s key data structures such as lists, dictionaries, and tuples, and learn how to use them to organize and store data.

Final Project

For your final project, you will develop a virtual pet that the player can feed, play with, and take care of. The virtual pet will have attributes such as hunger, happiness, and energy levels, which change based on the player's actions, teaching you how to build an interactive, dynamic program.
